Shipping
I ship to USA addresses through USPS First Class or Priority Mail at the following rates:
- $2 for the first notecard, plus 50 cents for each additional one,
- $5.95 for small item (zipper pouches, scarves),
- $9.95 for mid-size items (tote bags, pillows), and
- $19.95 for large items (38″ bench pillows, 52″ pano wallhangings)
Add items to the shopping cart to check shipping rates. First Class mail typically arrives within 2 to 5 business days. Priority Mail typically arrives within 1 to 3 business days.
I ship out orders for ready to ship items on Tuesdays and Fridays, except on US holidays. Please allow the time stated in the listings for made to order items, as they will be shipped on Tuesday or Friday after being made. If you need an item by a certain time, feel free to contact me before ordering so I can determine if I can meet the timeframe. Most items are handmade by me and it does take time.
Taxes
California state sales taxes will be applied to California shipping addresses.
Returns
I want you to be happy with your purchase! If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please let me know. If need to return your item, you may ship it back to me in the same condition you received it within 14 days of purchasing. The cost of shipping the returned item is at your expense. A refund will be processed within five business days of receipt of the item in original, resell-able condition. Send me an email or a message through my contact form first so I can get you my shipping address. Custom orders are non-refundable, so please be sure to ask your questions before ordering.
